Alimentando al Pueblo: Survey and Food Program Analysis and Recommendations

Students collaborated with Alimentando al Pueblo (AAP), a Burien-based food bank dedicated to supporting the Latinx and BIPOC community, to enhance their impact by strengthening evaluations and assessments and establishing data collection systems. The project involved creating a new survey, analyzing previous survey data and the organization’s food bank program, and identifying areas for improvement. We provided actionable recommendations through a focus group guide, food bank program analysis, survey revisions, and data visualizations to support AAP’s mission and funding efforts.
