Weight Neutral Nutrition Care at WIC Tip Sheet

Nutrition First is a non-profit WIC (USDA Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children) advocacy organization, whose mission is to improve the health of children and pregnant individuals by promoting good nutrition and breastfeeding practices. Part of their efforts include training for WIC staff in Washington State. This project pulled ideas and language from their weight-neutral nutrition care training training into a one-page tip sheet for WIC staff to use during WIC participant visits.
