Capturing the Benefits of Regional Food Systems to Impact Policy and Practice in Early Learning Food Access Programs
In partnership with City of Seattle Farm to Table Program and Farmstand Local Foods, production of materials explaining the benefits of locally grown food, with consideration of regional food systems resiliency, public health, and social, environmental, and economic improvement, directed toward childcare staff and city, county and state government.
