Statement of Purpose

The Food Systems, Nutrition, and Health Major (FSNH) Undergraduate Student Advisory Council (U-SAC) was formed to provide an open space for undergraduate students to provide input, insight, and perspective on the student experience within the major; to build community within the major and between students, staff, and faculty; and to give feedback on curriculum, advising, and career development; and to provide leadership opportunities for students.
