Jenifer Pesicka Hiigli
Director, Student and Academic Services
Jenifer leads program efforts related to student advising, curriculum coordination, student funding, policy development, and outreach. She plans and leads strategic priorities for the staff team, facilitates curriculum and program improvement with faculty, and is the point person for the students of concern in the program.
Lisa Nordlund
Senior Adviser
Lisa leads advising, career development, and community-building activities for current undergraduates and contributes to outreach and advising for prospective undergraduate students.
Nichole Maiman Waterman
Operations and Admissions Manager, Student and Academic Services
Nichole manages student and academic services systems like admissions, assessment, compliance, data management, student progress, and time scheduling, and contributes to outreach and advising for prospective graduate students.
Lacey Henderson
Student Services Coordinator, Graduate Coordinated Program in Dietetics
Lacey is the primary contact for the GCPD program, advising students on procedures, policies, academic requirements, GCPD Canvas site, site-specific compliance, and appointment scheduling with the program director.
Carmela Stewart
Student Resources Coordinator
Carmela contributes to current prospective undergraduate student outreach, communications, and food-related campus activities, and leads the Food Systems Coalition to bring together food systems- and nutrition-related student organizations from across the University.
Suzette Alancheril
Student Assistant
Suzette provides administrative support for the Student and Academic Services team and helps keep office operations running smoothly, as well as assists the Student Resource Coordinator in building student community.

Michelle Trudeau
Administrator
Michelle provides administrative, fiscal, and academic operational management for the program including staff and academic human resources, facility management, planning, and serving as a member of the program leadership team.
Lori Tiede
Communications Manager
Lori manages communications including developing content for the web, social media, newsletters, and program activities. She oversees content quality, branding, graphic design, photography, and technical site management.
