Connecting Through Data: Alimentando al Pueblo’s Partner Story

Students collaborated with Alimentando al Pueblo (AAP), a Burien-based food bank dedicated to supporting the Latinx and BIPOC community, to create a mid-year and end-of-year impact assessment survey for their 15 business partners. Other contributions included social media content and blog posts detailing student experiences working with AAP, as well as conducting informational interviews. Throughout this project, the capstone team was able to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of Latinx-specific post-COVID economic recovery and cultural healing.
