Feasibility of a Workplace CSA Program at the University of Washington (CSA Innovation Network Team 1)

Collaborating with the CSA Innovation Network, the team sought to define the elements of a successful workplace CSA (W-CSA) program and determine the feasibility of implementing a W-CSA at the University of Washington. They focused their research on examples of thriving programs across the country, conducting interviews with key stakeholders and reviewing current current literature to develop recommendations for action.
