Integrating ExerciseRx into Primary Health Clinics

This project outlines the strategic integration of ExerciseRx, a cutting-edge digital health platform, into primary health clinics to enhance health outcomes through personalized exercise plans. The integration plays a pivotal role – especially within underserved clinics grappling with socio-economic challenges – in helping both parties benefit from partnership and collaboration. By leveraging smartphone technology, ExerciseRx effectively addresses health disparities and offers proactive solutions. This practicum comprehensively encompasses customer discovery, market analysis, measurement of social impact, policy considerations, and regulatory navigation within healthcare systems. Notably, the insights gathered from a series of qualitative interviews with a diverse array of stakeholders illuminated a multifaceted landscape of perspectives, providing valuable findings to drive the integration strategy. Deliverables included the ExerciseRx Integration Plan and a comprehensive SWOT analysis.
