Graduate Portfolio

The graduate portfolio is a mechanism for students to convey their achievement of core competencies and an opportunity to reflect on progress and achievements from their first year in graduate school.

All students (MPH, MS, PhD) are required to submit the portfolio by the end of the first year of study. Information on the process and timeline will be provided to students in spring quarter.

Each portfolio will be assigned to one or more FSNH faculty members for review. Faculty meet to discuss the portfolios and an assigned faculty member will then provide feedback.

To complete the portfolio:

  1. Download and complete the portfolio template.
  2. Consolidate all materials into a single PDF file.
  3. Name the PDF file using the underscore naming convention below with your last name, first initial, title, and completion date (e.g., Kirk, E_GradPortfolio_06.30.2024).
  4. Email the single PDF file to gradnutr@uw.edu by the Sunday, June 30, 2024 deadline.
